About the Role :
Motion House is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and confident Sales & Administration Coordinator to join our growing team.
We are seeking someone with excellent English communication skills and previous experience in bookings, customer service, administration, or sales support. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing enquiries, supporting clients through the booking process, and maintaining our CRM and administrative systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond promptly and professionally to new client enquiries.
• Manage bookings and client communications.
• Enter and maintain accurate client data within our Monday.com system.
• Follow up with prospective clients on a weekly basis.
• Assist potential clients with understanding pricing, packages, and proposal PDFs.
• Coordinate and schedule consultation calls with Jaran and/or Abyan when requested.
• Maintain detailed records of all communications and booking activity.
• Support Motion House and wedding-related administrative tasks.
• Help nurture leads and assist in converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Requirements
• Exceptional written and spoken English.
• Previous experience in bookings, administration, sales support, customer service, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable communicating with international clients.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.
• Proficient with online systems, CRM platforms, and administrative software.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and professional.
